I always say there are no mistakes in scrapbooking, but I made a really big one while making this card! I had added some layering pieces and primed the front of the card with gesso, added a bit of ink...then decided the card needed a wee bit of green so I opened a bottle of Distress Paint and - spilled it! I lost about a 1/2 bottle of my Lucky Clover, which is one of my favorites!
I always do my artwork before attaching the piece to the card base, which was fortunate in this case. I blotted the paint off with paper towels and let it dry, then continued on with the card, adding a chipboard chair, some die cut shapes, stamps and part of a journal tag, plus a bit more ink! Then I sprinkled some white glitter here and there.
So, really, there are no mistakes. Make something awesome today!Products used:
